SVRTK toolbox
We are collecting all the algorithms for reconstruction of fetal MRI at SVRTK toolbox. Download the code from the github repository:
Motion corrected MRI of the fetal body and placenta
Our work on deformable slice-to-volume reconstruction of fetal body and placenta MRI has been published in IEEE TMI (link). We hope it will help with diagnosis of congenital abnormalities in fetus and assessment of placental function.
The software is available for download at github.com/SVRTK/SVRTK

Fetal diffusion MRI
Our work on higher order reconstruction of fetal diffusion MRI has been published in IEEE TMI (link). We hope it will help to understand normal and abnormal fetal brain development and its emerging connectivity.
